Answers to your questions
about the build.

Everything you need to know about how we plan, build, and execute the physical layer of your event, from infrastructure to styling and branding.

We deliver end‑to‑end event infrastructure and execution across four core disciplines:

  • Infrastructure & Structural Setups – custom layouts, tents, staging, flooring, and exhibition booths.
  • Equipment & Furnishing – seating, tables, carpets, furniture, audio‑visual, and displays.
  • Event Styling & Décor – thematic styling, ambiance creation, and custom decor installations.
  • Branding & Visual Solutions – signage, banners, backdrops, and exhibition branding.

We work as a single accountable partner — so you never have to coordinate multiple vendors for the physical layer of your event.

Yes. We are structured to deliver at scale. Our capabilities cover everything from intimate corporate meetings to multi‑hall exhibitions with complex staging, booth layouts, and technical requirements. We've designed our workflow and equipment inventory to support events of varying size and complexity across Kenya and the region.

We follow a structured, end‑to‑end process that runs in the same order every time:

  • Phase 1 – Plan: Concept alignment, spatial planning, and resource mapping.
  • Phase 2 – Build: Resource and technical coordination, followed by on‑site installation.
  • Phase 3 – Deliver: Live event support, then dismantling, recovery, and post‑event reporting.

This framework ensures nothing is left to chance — every element is accounted for before we step on site.

We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially for large‑scale events or during peak seasons. For corporate events and exhibitions, a lead time of 4–8 weeks is ideal. However, we understand that timelines can be tight — contact us with your specific dates and we'll do everything possible to accommodate your schedule.

We provide full design and spatial planning as part of our service. Our team works with you to interpret your vision, event objectives, and audience expectations — then develops functional layouts, structural designs, and styling concepts that bring everything together. You don't need to have designs prepared; we can take your brief and build from there.

We provide transparent, itemised proposals that clearly outline every element of your build. Our pricing typically covers:

  • Design and spatial planning
  • Equipment and material supply
  • Installation and on‑site setup
  • Live event support and coordination
  • Dismantling and site restoration

Any additional requirements — such as custom fabrication or extended support hours — are discussed and quoted upfront. There are no surprises.

Yes. While our headquarters are in Nairobi, we have the capacity and expertise to deliver across Kenya and the broader East African region. We understand the logistical considerations of working in different venues and contexts, and we plan accordingly to ensure consistent delivery regardless of location.

We maintain a comprehensive inventory of modern equipment, including:

  • Seating solutions for corporate and public events
  • Tables, carpets, and event furniture
  • Showcase units, brochure stands, and display accessories
  • Audio‑visual equipment (sound, lighting, screens)
  • Tents, flooring systems, and stage components

All equipment is maintained to a high standard and arrives on site clean, complete, and ready for installation.

Absolutely. Custom builds are part of what we do. We work with your brief to design and fabricate tailored solutions — whether that's a custom stage shape, a branded exhibition booth with unique dimensions, or a thematic decor installation that reflects your brand identity. We'll discuss your requirements and provide a clear proposal on how we can bring your vision to life.

We understand that event dates can change. Our policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event are fully refundable (less any design work already completed).
  • Cancellations made within 30 days may incur charges for resources already allocated.
  • Postponements are accommodated wherever possible, subject to our availability on the new dates.

We discuss these terms in detail during the contracting phase, so you have complete clarity before committing.

Yes. We maintain a dedicated team on the ground for the full duration of the event. This includes technical supervisors and support staff who handle any adjustments, troubleshoot issues, and ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. You don't need to worry about the physical layer once the event begins — we manage it.

Getting a quote is straightforward. Simply reach out to us through the contact page with the following details:
